Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals for finishing works.
Coordinate with the design team to resolve discrepancies and provide technical solutions
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for finishing activities.
Ensure alignment with client requirements and project constraints.
Evaluate and track material and labor costs for finishing activities.
Serve as a liaison between the client and project team for finishing-related matters.
Address client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with site engineers to ensure implementation aligns with technical specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor the progress and quality of finishing works.
Ensure all finishing works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in technical office work, specifically in finishing activities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD , Microsoft Suite, and other technical software.
Basic Knowledge of project management software is a plus (e.g. , Primavera, MS project)
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
