Junior Cycles & Procurement Controller

The Junior Cycles & Procurement Controller manages procurement processes, monitors costs, and ensures accurate accounting of milk sales and purchases

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Approve and review material price purchase orders (POs) and ensure they are aligned with the budget.
• Monitor and analyze project costs and expenditures.
• Assist in preparing cost forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain cost tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Actualize material costs per SKU and ensure they are correctly accounted for.
• Review milk sales and milk receiving and ensure they are correctly accounted for in SAP.
• Review milk purchases and ensure actuals match with the budget.
• Track reformulation projects and highlight any delays to the team.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
