The Junior Customer Experience Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling day-to-day interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, call centers, or account management, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Support the senior team in implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives.
Provide insights on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and services.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s services.
Experience in telesales, call center operations, or account management roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
Previous experience in service-oriented industries is highly valued.

Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
Days Off: Friday -Saturday
