Job Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Business Developer to join our growing team at Laoret. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a friendly and talkative personality, and prior experience in customer service or a related field. If you are eager to learn, driven to succeed, and passionate about building relationships, we want to hear from you!


In this role, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program with professional trainers specializing in business development and the translation and localization industry. You will also have the opportunity to attend offshore events, gaining exposure to international markets and expanding your professional network. We offer a competitive commission structure based on performance, and a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility between in-office and remote work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Laoret's client base.
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, especially in the context of translation and localization services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities in the global translation and localization market.
  • Provide support in managing client accounts and resolving queries.

Qualifications:


  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • A talkative and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., sales, account management).
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of business development principles is a plus but not required.
