Job Description
• Analyze financial transactions with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Record accounting entries using the company's ERP software.
• Maintain company ledgers and document all daily financial transactions.
• Calculate and process employee payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and manage tax filings.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Assisting in the auditing process as and when required.
• Ensure financial security by implementing and adhering to internal controls.
• Verify and process payments by reviewing documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Address accounting procedure inquiries by researching and interpreting relevant policies and regulations.
• Provide general support for accounting and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with international and local financial regulations by staying informed on existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
• Prepare special financial reports as needed by collecting, analyzing and summarizing financial information and trends.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information to ensure customer trust and operational security.
• Continually address and improve internal control systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary to complete assignments.
• Highly organized, with the ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
• Strong stress tolerance and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Accounting system experience Quickbooks (preferred)
• Audit experience and outsourced accounting services for multiple clients (preferred).
