Key responsibilities for this role include:
Key Responsibilities:
Upload Invoices: Ensure invoices are uploaded into the customer’s system.
Coordinate with Supply Chain: Work with the supply chain team to complete delivery documents, ensuring deliveries across Egypt are properly documented and attached to invoices.
Collection Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on collections, including making at least two visits per week.
Statuary Audit Support
Support Local Statutory Audits: Assist with statutory audits for Egypt legal entities.
Primary Contact for Auditors: Act as the main liaison for auditors, coordinating with the local team and GIS to ensure comprehensive support for local financial statement audits.
Provide Reconciliation and Documentation: Prepare and provide reconciliations, analyses, and necessary documents required by auditors.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Experience:
At least two years of proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager.
Skills:
Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office and accounting software.
Strong follow-up skills.
