Assist in the creation of digital and print design assets, including motion graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support senior designers in layout design, branding, and campaign execution.
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
Edit and animate simple motion graphics using After Effects under guidance. In addition, presentation files with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
Prepare files for production, print, and digital delivery.
Illustrate or sketch rough concepts when needed for creative exploration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house), not fresh grade.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,) Microsoft Office specially PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
Strong visual sense with a good understanding of color, layout, and typography.
Comfort with sketching or drawing is a plus.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Willingness to take feedback and learn from peers and seniors.
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (digital, branding, print, etc.).
Preferred Experience
Interest in animation and 3D design.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E, or similar platforms is a plus.
Understanding of basic print production and file setup.
