• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality fin-tech solutions.
  
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications using **Java EE** and related technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in fintech and software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Java Team Leader or similar role in a fin-tech or related industry.
  
• Expertise in JSP, Java EE, MariaDB, HTML, JavaScript, Angular 7, Fiber Framework, and Golang.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
  
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
