• Install and configure hardware and software components
To ensure ease of use.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Repair or replace damaged devices.
• Maintenance of used devices and resolution of open tickets as soon as possible.
• Keep pace with the development of my technologies and maintenance of devices and networks. To meet accessibility requirements as per IT policies and recommendations.
• Fully upgrade the system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Install and upgrade antivirus software to ensure user-level security.
• Conduct tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
• Communicate with maintenance service suppliers, contacts and supervise the follow-up of maintenance if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the organizational and administrative policies of the Information Technology Department and quality standards.
• Solve accidents and problems in systems and services related to devices in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Information Technology Department.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Maintenance to maintain the goals and objectives of the Networks, Communications and Information Technology Department.
• Conduct a weekly review with managers.
