IT Systems Lead (Network & Security)

Networking and Data Center

• Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure):
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and operating Cisco ACI environments.
  • Proficiency with APIC controllers, fabric architecture, and network automation.
• SD-WAN:
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and managing SD-WAN solutions from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Fortinet).
  • Strong knowledge of routing, performance optimization, and security policies.

Wireless Networking

• Extreme Networks Wi-Fi:
  • 3+ years of experience deploying and managing access points and wireless controllers  ( Desirable Extreme Networks)
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning of wireless environments.

Firewalls and Security

• Palo Alto Networks:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Palo Alto NGFWs.
  • Experience implementing security policies, SSL decryption, threat prevention, and user-ID.

Application Delivery and Load Balancing

• F5 (LTM & AWAF):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and managing F5 BIG-IP LTM for load balancing and traffic management.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall (AWAF) for securing web applications.

• 5+ years of experience providing infrastructure support and/or implementation.
  
• Fluent in English.​
  
• High knowledge of networks (Cisco certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, and F5 technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams.
  
• Expert level of skill and experience in: at least one specific area of IT technology, and Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  
• Analyzing and solving problems independently.
