IT Supervisor

Pinerium is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to lead technical teams and oversee operations across our ICT Solutions, Low Current Solutions, and Automation Solutions sectors. This role is essential to ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services, project execution, and infrastructure support aligned with Pinerium’s standards and client needs.

As an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising on-site and remote technical teams, managing infrastructure and systems deployments, and ensuring smooth operation of projects spanning network infrastructure, low current systems, and smart automation technologies. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members and supporting training initiatives in collaboration with Pinerium Academy.

ICT Solutions

• Supervise the deployment and maintenance of networking systems including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and structured cabling.
  
• Oversee the performance, security, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and data center infrastructure.
  
• Manage hybrid IT environments including cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and on-premise servers.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, implement preventive maintenance, and monitor infrastructure uptime.
  

Low Current Solutions

• Lead installation and technical support for CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, intercom, and queue management systems.
  
• Ensure technical accuracy, compliance with safety and design standards, and client satisfaction during deployment.
  
• Coordinate integration between low current systems and enterprise IT networks.
  
• Conduct diagnostics, routine maintenance, and documentation for all low current systems.
  

• Supervise the deployment and support of industrial and home automation systems, including smart devices, sensors, actuators, and environmental controls.
  
• Coordinate the setup and integration of IoT platforms for real-time data monitoring, remote access, and smart control.
  
• Lead implementation of automation protocols such as Modbus, KNX, BACnet, MQTT, and similar standards.
  
• Manage configuration and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, and IoT-enabled systems for industrial and smart building applications.
  
• Oversee smart home integration projects, including lighting control, HVAC automation, energy management, and smart security systems.
  
• Ensure seamless connectivity between automation systems and the core ICT network infrastructure.
  
• Collaborate with solution architects and control engineers to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of IoT solutions.
  

Team Leadership & Technical Operations

• Lead and mentor a team of technical support specialists and field technicians.
  
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance in accordance with project goals.
  
• Provide technical guidance on escalated issues, project planning, and operational workflows.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to align technical execution with timelines and budgets.
  

Training & Development (Pinerium Academy)

• Contribute to the development and delivery of internal training programs through Pinerium Academy.
  
• Coach junior staff on ICT, low current, and automation technologies to ensure continuous upskilling.
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, technical procedures, and maintenance logs.
  
• Ensure adherence to IT and safety policies, industry regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements.
