Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring IT Supervisor

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the mall's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
• Manage and maintain server systems, workstations, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Provide technical support to staff, tenants, and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the IT systems and data from threats such as malware, unauthorized access, and cyberattacks
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service
• Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as network upgrades, system installations, and software implementations
• Coordinate and cooperate with RDC in the centralized functions
• Providing a centralized help desk for employees to address all IT support and issues.
