Role purpose:
Act as a Backoffice support for Sales Channels like Dealers and VDA & Agencies of Vodafone Italy.
Role involves responding to Dealers through emails and handling their inquiries. The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer service standard.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
✓ Sales support
✓ Full dedication & continuous support for sales executive’s back-office requests.
✓ Addressing Dealers concerns regarding specific normalization procedures.
✓ Back office
✓ Receives and processes contracts as provided by the channel sales representatives
✓ Educating and providing guidelines to Dealers about the necessary modules needed to fill and attach to the requests via mail to get the contracts uploaded appropriately on system.
✓ Verification of documents and contracts & follow up with SOHO& SME.
✓ Follow stakeholders SLA reporting
✓ SPOC with many stakeholders.
✓ Order Assurance
✓ Use multiple applications such as Pegaso , OCA, B Sales, TIT Enterprise, CCM and Siebel etc;
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• Microsoft office knowledge
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Ability to address and resolve issues
• Strong communication skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• BS Degree
• Fluent Italian speaker, B1/B2
• High soft skills and problem solving
• High level of ownership, proactivity& taking the initiative
