Support the IT Delivery Assurance Manager in improving the overall delivery function across the IT Organization through facilitating all of the Banks IT departments to assure the elimination of all bottle necks and work on rectifying any delays with full alignment of different teams across all IT functions & Business to ensure that the best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits are defined and followed for the IT engagements. key responsibilities:
Support the Delivery Assurance Manager in establishing and improving the Delivery Assurance Framework and Processes.
Work closely with Project/Scrum Managers, Demand Team and Technical Leads to ensure delivering the engagements on time and within the allocated budgets.
Propose solutions for any challenges that may negatively impact the delivery timeline and/or cost.
Conduct engagements phase gates reviews and health checks to ensure conformance to approved plans and budget.
Ensure that all participants and stakeholders are appropriately informed, involved and have visibility throughout each review and health check period.
Contribute to the prioritization of remedial and mitigating actions identified during ongoing programs, demands and projects reviews and health checks.
Ensure that agreed KPIs for measurement of engagements' health are being appropriately collated and reported upon.
Report to Delivery Assurance Manager the status and progress of the assigned engagements and make sure that all the tools that are fit for purpose and documentation are up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Post-graduate degree is a plus.
A total year of experience of 4 to 6 years with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery management activities
Multi-disciplinary application of wide knowledge spanning business, data, and technology.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and techniques.
Proven experience in: Project Management or Leadership is a must.
