The IT Analyst responsible for monitoring, managing, and
improving the organization's IT operations. This role involves
diagnosing IT system issues, enhancing operational processes, and
supporting strategic planning and risk management.
System Monitoring: Continuously monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Process Improvement: Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and other departments to support business operations and projects.
Compliance and Security: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and implement security measures to protect organizational data.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT system performance, issues, and improvements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking system (COB and daily activities).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
