To provide solid support in the packet Data services and Mobile internet area across all technical levels of operation, ensuring the timely resolution of individual and global complaints. It involves initiating actions to enhance network quality, availability, and resilience through project development and implementation. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing new technologies, incident trends, troubleshooting critical situations, and coordinating packet core and network planned activities to ensure fault-free operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive support across all technical levels of packet Data services and Mobile internet network operations, ensuring proper handling of individual and global complaints.
• Take ownership of actions to enhance network quality, availability, and measurement, including the development and implementation of enhancement projects.
• Review technology roadmaps and incident trends to inform decision-making and ensure highest network resilience.
• Troubleshoot critical network situations, analyse problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate planned packet core and mobile network activities to ensure fault-free operation and providing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing preventive actions.
• Participate in acceptance testing of new nodes, system upgrades, and expansions, while following Change Management and Service Management processes.
• Interface and communicate with vendors to track and follow up on escalated problems.
• minimum 4 years of experience in packet core operation, within a mobile operating company.
• Background in mobile network technology ( implementation and roll out of services).
• Bachelor degree in electronic/telecommunications engineering.
• Basic understanding of protocols and products in mobile networks: GSM, 3G,4G,5G.
