Position Summary:
Drive sustainable continuous improvement of all factory activities to identify opportunities for further improvements, in line with factory and corporate strategies and targets in order to achieve HPF level. Working in collaboration with all site employees to transmit the methodology and approach of continuous improvement
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Drive and support Factory in Budgeting Preparation (done during OPL preparation or new product lunch or new machine runs) of factory production, energy standard, line and labor efficiency and performance, standard losses, manning (factory FTE, fixed structure, variable structure), factory KPI Objectives. Capacity Management: provide, coordinate and run factory capacity summary for Budgeting and give the analysis of Factory Capacity Calculation (owning the system), support production strategy with input from marketing (BFT). Support System: train the factory on implementation of the system and provide the analysis by using the support system (SAM, CST, etc). Maintaining Master Recipe of line standard into SAP Globe. Knowledge Management: Sharing the know-how on improvement tools (OI Toolkits) and GI 230.010 understanding to Factory, and involve in proactively cascading down the knowledge and developing people Performance Management Competitive Increase: Driving productivity studies related to project studies, Operation Excellence initiatives, HPF, Buy and Make Study, Cost Comparison and use it to increase the competitiveness of factory cost. Support Continuous Improvement (coordination, implementation and training):
- Coordinating HPWT implementation in place by working close with OD. Involve in the team creation process, KPI definition, and training.
- Participation and promotion of other CI initiatives (IDEA, BEST, CDM, 5S, NGMP). Work together with the champions of each activity.
- Best Practices (implementation, awareness, communication) internally and externally networked with other sites.
Tertiary education either in Science, Food Tech, or Engineering Knowledge of SAP and Capacity Summary Tool (CST) system is an advantage Experience in IP Technique, eg. Through participation in OIT/NPT/HPF projects
