As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence globally. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Global Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate & achieve growth in international markets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand market trends, local insights. Understand how our portfolio relates to target sales market.
• Lead sales funnel: Build client hitlist, reach out through diKerent channels to engage and receive sales orders.
• Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients on sales orders ensuring smooth fulfillment with the operations team.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the international sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to secure proper marketing and financial support, while enhancing our portfolio assortment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in international markets.
• Travel: Travel to international markets as needed to support sales activities, build relationships, and gather market intelligence.
