The International Growth Pioneer is a dynamic role focused on driving BayanTech expansion into new international markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global business development, market entry strategies, and relationship building across diverse cultures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring new opportunities and capable of navigating complex international landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new international business opportunities, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic growth plans tailored to specific international markets, focusing on financial gain and brand positioning.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers in target markets.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for launching Bayantechs services in new regions, ensuring alignment with local regulations and cultural considerations.
Partnership Development: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with local organizations, distributors, and agents to enhance market penetration and support service delivery.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive international sales initiatives, setting ambitious targets and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals through effective pipeline management.
Cultural Competence: Leverage cultural insights to tailor marketing and sales approaches, ensuring relevance and resonance in diverse markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing support for international clients.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Bayantech at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events, promoting the companys brand and services on a global stage.
Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze feedback from international clients to inform product development, service enhancements, and market strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations, managing risks associated with global operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in international business development or market expansion, preferably within the translation or localization industry. Strong track record of successfully launching products or services in new markets and achieving sales targets. Excellent understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage. Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data interpretation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in business administration, international relations, or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally if needed.
