Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist”
Key Responsibilities
Work with the team to plan and monitor the budget effectively, ensuring operational excellence in delivering communication initiatives. Collaborate with product teams to develop internal campaigns that promote awareness of new products and developments. Develop, coordinate, and implement compelling communication strategies to support internal stakeholders, enhancing employee engagement. Responsible for content management across internal publications and portals, ensuring messages are consistent, clear, and engaging." Develop internal campaigns that bring employee focus towards patient-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate values. Project manage all planning and execution and management of communication content, event planning, venue selection, logistics, pre/post-event communication, and internal branding Design executive communication messages and develop multimedia content to keep employees informed and motivated. Conceptualize and execute internal campaigns to promote awareness about company strategies, products, and policies. Plan, manage, and distribute employee giveaways on special occasions and at employment fairs to promote engagement and employer branding.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or related roles. Excellent Written and verbal English Strong project management skills with experience organizing events and managing communication campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages.
