Internal Auditor Leader

A multi-national company in the Alcoholic Beverages industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Auditor Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the internal audit function, conducting comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with various departments to identify risks and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to enhance overall business performance.

• Plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits across the organization
• Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Identify risk areas and recommend actions for improvement
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and execution of audit findings
