A leading insurance brokerage based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Team Leader to manage our call center team in Maadi Cairo..
Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development department to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an insurance brokerage company.
Leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing an insurance sales team.
Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
