Responsible for preparing instrumentation engineering documents, undertake perform or supervise installations, commission & start up, preventive & corrective maintenance calls, and warranty calls for the customers with a service contract, or a warranty commitment meeting the contract obligations.
Perform installations for the assigned projects for Filed Solutions LoB.
Undertakes preventive maintenance and service works for all accounts, and acts as a technical consultant to the client to the work undertaken.
Prepares the descriptive technical report on an occurring problem and submit it to service manager for reviews and approves.
Follows up work progress with projects teams. · Prepares the service report and ensures report submit to Engineering and service manager.
Conducts site survey when necessary and submits it to projects teams and sales teams.
Follow up all HSE Instruction
Ensure efficient processes are implemented
To produce reports, proposals, technical documentation and user guides as required and to ensure other team members and teams knowledge are up to date.
Conduct awareness sessions for the team and GS employees when needed
