Here's what you'll be doing at Bosta.
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive strategic infrastructure initiatives, aligning team efforts with organizational goals and ensuring efficient management of resources.
- You will do a “Production”.While thousands of requests per minute are hitting our production, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
- Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Manage cloud resources and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends, and propose improvements to existing processes.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for the team
Who you are!
- 4-6 years of experience as an Infrastructure Software or DevOps Engineer.
- Worked on high-scale heavy traffic applications.
- Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker.
- Strong Unix or Linux background, including topics around network stack and scripting.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python / Bash).
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Experience analyzing and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
