Overview The InfoSec Assurance Sr. Analyst role will support InfoSec processes to ensure application risk and compliance initiatives. The role will support the risk Assessment lifecycle and phases including data classification, issue evaluation, risk rating, and reporting. This role will also provide support for process improvement initiatives through documentation and testing. The role will apply Information Standards and requirements based on risk assessments. Responsibilities Produce meaningful, measured metrics in regards to risk assessments and issue status Plan, schedule and monitor deliverables, goals and milestones Identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative to implement changes Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the risk assessment and issue lifecycle Act as SME for risk assessment process, InfoSec Standards and data classification Create Service Now reports to support updates and completion of risk assessments, issues status, and insights Monitor risk assessment issues and assign or review based on status and response Monitor, support the team in responding to frequently asked process questions. Identify and Develop responses to support processes Support team in testing the ARA application as needed for Service now or process improvements Support and effectively communicate with InfoSec and application teams to support process improvements as identified by the risk assessment process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other STEM equivalent required. 6-8 years’ with following experience : Governance, Risk, Compliance, Risk management, IT controls testing and development , application development / management Experience with GRC preferred Experience with reporting tools to create reports is preferred. IT application development background The candidate needs to have experience working in a global environment, and ability to communicate effectively with variety of teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple teams. Exceptional organization skills and ability to communicate effectively with variety of teams
