Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align project objectives and strategies.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Create contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
Track and analyze project progress, making necessary adjustments to schedules.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
5-7 years of experience in project planning and execution within the Oil and Gas Industry or a relevant industry.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial.
