To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IE Technician in our plant in ​​​​​​​Fayoum.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IE Technician to support industrial engineering activities, improve production processes, and help increase efficiency. The role includes preparing work instructions, analyzing processes, and supporting production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support (Assembly)

• Prepare work instructions and training materials for production.
• Collect and analyze production data to find areas for improvement.
• Support work measurement activities, production studies and line balancing.
• Assist in training operators and solving process problems during line start-up.

Continuous Improvement & KPI Enhancement

• Participate in activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Help implement process improvements that support company goals.

General Responsibilities

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience from 2-5 year in a similar industry with Engineering / Production / Quality background.
• Experience in process improvement, tooling, or production support is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

• Basic English skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic skills in AutoCAD.

Personal Attributes:

• Problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to train and support production teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in challenging situations.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
