The position will be leading Human Resource function in CEVA Egypt, across all three branches. The role will develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, by supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital in addition to developing and monitoring overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Partnering with Local Management, Sub-Regional, and Regional HR teams to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with overall business strategies.
Building, updating and reviewing all local company policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with any changes of laws and regulations and CEVA guidelines.
Providing guidance and governance on every aspect of company policies and procedures and ensuring proper implementation.
Introducing and training Managers and employees on company’s metrics-based performance management system with a heavy emphasis on results. Managing performance appraisals process and facilitating performance discussions on Management level.
Managing Learning and Development process. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Conducting and Organizing trainings and workshops for staff as needed.
Overseeing compensation & benefits related tasks (payroll, merit increases, salary adjustments, bonus plans, medical insurance, life insurance, etc.) in liaison with subregional and global C&B team. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits based on reliable market research and pay surveys.
Spearheading employee recognition and awards programs.
Overseeing and planning team building, well-being, DE&I, and CSR projects in line with company vision and strategy. Nurturing a positive working environment.
Designing and implementing employee retention strategies.
Taking part in budgeting for HR activities and workforce planning.
Overseeing recruitment process and selection process.
Overseeing probation period evaluations, induction plans and onboarding.
Handling promotions, people review, succession planning and internal mobilization, career growth potential, exits, etc.
Providing support to employees in various HR related topics, responding to employees’ queries. Investigating employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to resolution.
Ensuring employee proper mapping, in line with the organization’s blueprint.
Maintaining accurate and up to date data on the HR system, and providing regular reporting of employee data to regional office as required, such as, headcount, new hires, terminations, turnover, employment costs etc.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proven working experience as HR Manager. A minimum of three years of human resource management experience in an international environment preferred.
People oriented and results driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent English skills in spoken and written.
Excellent MS Office user knowledge (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS-Project).
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good analytical and conceptual skills in combination with strong entrepreneurial action and thinking.
Excellent and up-to-date specialist and market-specific knowledge.
Structured, strategic as well as solution- and goal-oriented way of working.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
