Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in providing HR support to the organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Job Responsibility:
-Manage the Payroll process
-Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
