Job Summary:We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in providing HR support to the organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.Job Responsibility:
-Manage the Payroll process
-Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers- Handle employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategyCandidate Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
