·Assure facility and field health, safety, and environmental compliance.
·Responsible for updating and following the required actions at the hazard report register.
·Conduct HSE training and TBT according to the annual training plan.
·Follow up and action Tracking prioritize Risks and implement root cause analysis.
·Makes sure that sub-contractors are following the appropriate HSE instructions.
·Make sure that all employees are following PPE (Personal protective equipment) instructions.
·Report penalty policy for anyone who violates HSE instructions.
·Responsible for Carrying out Corrective Actions.
·Issues work permits for various tasks.
·Inspect any related equipment to any sub-contractor while entering the site.
·Assist in creating and maintaining Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments (RA).
·Reporting and documenting all work-related injuries and claims.
Conducts HSE Induction for new hires.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HSE or relevant.
Years of Experience: 5- 7 years of Experience with an industrial background.
Language: Arabic – Very good English.
Computer skills: Excellent MS Office Skills.
