HRIS Specialist

         What you'll do:

• Responsible for auditing the employee’s data that were uploaded by the personnel team.
• Responsible for the exporting reports and analysist the data to share the attrition reports and new hires report.
• Responsible for sharing a monthly active report with payroll team.
• Responsible for sharing the active/leaver report for dashboards reporting.
• Responsible for applying the transfers, resignations and promotions on system.
• Responsible for updating the time off on the system.
• Communicate any issues or improvement needed to the technology team.
• Responsible for apply any changes in the org structure on the system.
• Responsible for tracking and updating the attendance system and extracting the report to be shared with the payroll team.
  What you'll need:
  
• Bachelor Degree in HR or MIS (Information systems) or a related field. 
• 3+ years of relevant work experience working with HRIS systems
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
