Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support business growth and agility.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems that drive employee engagement and high performance.
Compensation and Benefits: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology or insurance industry.
Deep understanding of the insurance industry, insurtech trends, and the regulatory environment.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
