In this role, your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates, building and maintaining relationships with job seekers, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill critical staffing needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on
high-volume hiring (Mass Hiring).
● Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
and effectively.
● Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented
mindset.
● Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive the full recruitment process for various positions, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Conduct high-volume hiring campaigns, especially for entry-level and
high-turnover positions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job roles,
and establish hiring goals. - Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Use various recruiting platforms and tools to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring a high-quality candidate
experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain and track hiring metrics to monitor recruiting success and provide
regular updates to management. - Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and company policies.
- Support general HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, and
retention strategies. - Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and uphold company policies to
create a fair and inclusive hiring process.
