Adam Grain for International Trade and Development is now hiring an HR Specialist to be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending job offers. Assist in developing and conducting new employee orientation programs.Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Help promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment equity regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance records.Job Requirements: 2-4 years of proven experience in the HR field. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor laws, and employment equity regulations.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working Conditions:Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PMFridays & Saturdays are offWork Location: Agora Mall, New Cairo.Benefits: Medical InsuranceLaptopMobile & SIMFriendly Working Environment
