Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending job offers.
Assist in developing and conducting new employee orientation programs.
Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Help promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance records.
