We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist with expertise in personnel management and payroll processes. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee performance management and development initiatives.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
