Manage benefits & pensions enrollments, modifications, and terminations while coordinating with external vendors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and solutions-oriented support.
3+ years of experience in HR service delivery, compensation, or benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, labor laws, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Arabic & English.
