About this Role


In this role, the Senior Associate Career Process Optimization & Insights will be the go-to person for data analytics, process improvement, and project coordination—ensuring that high-value initiatives run smoothly. While you’ll collaborate on strategic topics, the final decisions and ownership remain at the senior leadership level. You will support the Director and senior team members in designing and executing programs related to career frameworks, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and internal mobility.


What will you do?


Process Improvement & Innovation


  • Contribute ideas for streamlining and digitizing existing career management processes (e.g., automating career committee, surveys, reducing manual data entry, etc.).
  • Partner with internal IT/Teach teams or external vendors to test and implement new performance management and HR tech features or integrations, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Research and recommend best practices or emerging tools in talent management, ensuring Infomineo stays at the forefront of industry developments.

Analytics & Reporting


  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data on performance, succession, internal mobility, and engagement metrics.
  • Create user-friendly dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, etc.) for senior leadership review.
  • Collaborate with the Director to identify trends, potential gaps, or optimization opportunities in talent pipelines.
  • Proactively flag potential risks or resource constraints, offering recommendations to keep initiatives on track.

Project Coordination & Support


  • Develop project timelines, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and track milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist in planning and executing performance review cycles, career internal mobility initiatives, and high-potential programs.
  • Act as a central point of communication, disseminating project updates to relevant departments.

Employee Engagement & Communication


  • Liaise with department heads, and other teams to facilitate program rollouts (e.g., refresher sessions, sharing guidelines).
  • Prepare clear, concise communication materials and campaigns (e.g., email announcements, internal communication, FAQs sessions) to support program adoption and understanding. (Eg, career development initiatives, high potential programs, and internal mobility opportunities).
  • Collect feedback through surveys or focus groups from managers and employees, escalating any significant issues or recommendations to the Director.

Performance Management & Internal Mobility


  • Work closely with managers/PDCs and Heads to coordinate performance review cycles, calibrations, and career discussions.
  • Facilitate career internal mobility processes—posting roles internally, gathering applications, and supporting the selection and placement steps—while keeping accurate records.

Who you are?


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant project coordination, analytics or HR preferably in talent management, career development, or organizational development contexts.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., Odoo) or talent management platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written English. French or Arabic proficiency is advantageous (depending on location/team mix).
  • Experience tailoring communication to multiple audiences (e.g., senior leaders, junior employees).
