We are hiring "HR Manager" for our sister company, NOK Courier for shipping and postal services.
Location: Maadi.
Key Responsibilities:
-Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant compensation for all employees.
-Employee Retention: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
-Training & Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to foster employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
-Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
-Monitor and ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
-Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources..
-Strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee compensation.
-Proven experience in creating and executing employee retention initiatives and training programs.
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
