HR Manager - Food & Beverage

A leading company in the Food & Beverage industry specialized in distribution of high-end European beverages and several local beverages is recruiting an experienced HR Manager . In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization by developing effective HR strategies tailored specifically for the F&B sector. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and performance management specifically for F&B operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with the business's goals and help create a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with management to identify workforce needs and supply workforce planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and other relevant legislation.
• Foster strong relationships with department heads to understand their staffing and operational needs.
• Lead recruitment efforts for various positions within the F&B sector, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
• Coordinate employee training programs focusing on service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Monitor employee performance and engagement levels, facilitating conflict resolution and employee feedback mechanisms.
