Support with job postings, resumé reviews, and interviews scheduling to assist with the recruitment process
Engage in initial candidate screenings and collaborate with hiring managers for better alignment between candidate skills and job requirements
Assist new employees with onboarding procedures, including documentation completion, to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization
Update and manage employee records within the HRIS (human resources information system) and generate reports as necessary to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Respond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, benefits, and procedures to adhere to organizational guidelines
Assist with designated projects and tasks assigned by the HR manager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to departmental goals
Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or any relevant field
Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
