HR Innovation and Transformation Intern (Student position)

What you'll do

As a working student, you will play an integral role in supporting our consultants and driving project success. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Workshop Preparation: Assist in designing and preparing customer workshop materials.
• Documentation & Consolidation: Compile and consolidate results from customer workshops and meetings.
• Go-to-Market Support: Develop and refine presentations, sales collateral, and other Go-to-Market materials.
• Project Management Support: Aid the Project Management Office (PMO) by coordinating documentation, tracking milestones, and managing project timelines.
• Proposal Development: Support the creation of consulting proposals through research, data analysis, and the preparation of relevant documents.

What you bring

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business, HR, or IT
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with MS Teams, MS Sharepoint, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Signavio, Mural and project management tools is a plus.
• Language skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Soft skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative solutions, Strong communication skills with attention to detail, Outcome-oriented, motivated, and proactive with a willingness to learn, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
