Job Description:
NOK Is hiring "HR Generalist" for one of the biggest educational platforms
Located in sheraton
-Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and of boarding processes.
-Administering employee benefits, payroll, and maintaining HR records.
-Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-Supporting managers in performance reviews, employee relations, and training initiatives.
-Setting the appraisals forms and criteria in coordination with direct managers.
-Developing and implementing HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
-Developing and updating employees job descriptions.
-Assisting in organizational development and employee engagement programs.
Requirements :
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and legal requirements.
