Description
A busy family in DC is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Household Manager to help oversee their home. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized individual who excels at multitasking and enjoys working in a family-oriented environment. The position involves overseeing daily household operations, driving, light meal preparation, and managing various household tasks to ensure a seamless and well-maintained home.
Responsibilities:
• Drive children to school/school bus and to various after school activities and social events
• Household maintenance and organization
• Coordinate with other regular service providers as necessary, e.g. house cleaner, chef, baby sitters
• Scheduling and maintenance of repairs
• Online grocery shopping/maintain household inventory
• Light cooking
• Security and safety oversight
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, and cleaning of cars
• Limited household administration
• Calendar management
• Appointment and reservation scheduling
• File and document management
• Manage seasonal décor
• Walk dogs (optional but preferred); occasional feeding if the family is not home.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional household management experience
Must be legal to work in the US
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable around dogs
Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible
