JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE



●        The primary responsibility of the TCP Helper is to deliver high quality services to our clients. He is responsible for ensuring the preparation and dispatching of equipment and the execution of services in the field to our customers.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



ØHSE


·Carry out all work activities in a safe manner.


·Follow all Company procedures and controls.


·Promptly report all accidents and near misses.


·Report all defects and events which may affect HSEQ control.


·Respond correctly in Emergency situations.


·Actively support and co-operate in HSEQ matters.


ØOperations and Business Process:


·To learn, understand and follow all TAQA standards & policies.


·Participate in pre-job meeting (tool box) on daily basis prior to starting operation and discuss lesson learn from incidents/accidents.


·Ensure environment protection on working location on daily basis during each job.


·Assist to supervisor in hazard identification and elimination by carrying pre-job inspection and follow company risk assessment procedure.


·Assist to supervisor to ensure all safety equipment (h2s detector, BA Sets, fire extinguishers) are tested, certified and monitor monthly.


·Respond in emergency situation following clients procedure when asked by supervisors.


·Maintain a high level of housekeeping of all work site assigned to you including clients site.


·Assist to supervisor in tools and equipment preparation for an operation and are available in sufficient quantity at the wellsite.


·Assist the Engineer in maintenance checks of tools and equipment in shop as well as at wellsite.


·Participates in inspecting, maintaining and repairing primary tools, service units, and associated equipment according to fixed asset register.


·Maintains tools, shop, vehicles and equipment in good condition and keeps vehicles, shop and work area in a clean and orderly condition.


·Drives transport units and logging trucks safely. Loads & offload equipment safely on and off the trailers.


·Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

oRecognize problems, determine root causes, provide. recommendations and implement solutions.


oLearns from and records existing problems.


oAnticipate potential problem areas.


oIdentifies preventive measures well in advance.


oReviews existing procedures and if any changes required provide full information with detailed explanation to direct supervisor or crew chief.


·Planning:


oPro-active in the developing and carrying out plans, individually and through group interaction.


oPuts in place a strategy to look ahead at least for 1 years to understand company business, vision and value of the market.


oCarry out strategy individually and through group interaction.


ØFinancial:


·Avoid waste of resources, promote reuse.


·Avoid spending on hotel food, beverages when camp options are available. Avoid un-necessary phone calls.


ØCustomer Service:


·Communicate clearly and transparently with supervisors & clients.


·Maintain good relationship to the client and co-workers.
