Position Summary:


The Lead Recruiter will play a dual role in shaping the future of Property Finder's workforce, focusing on International Markets (Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, KSA). With a hands-on approach to recruitment, this role is not only about managing and coaching a team of recruiters but also actively contributing to hiring efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering top talent across two main teams: Sales and Customer Experience (CX), and all other departments, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and values


Key Responsibilities:


  • Dual Role in Talent Acquisition: Balance the leadership of talent acquisition strategies with active involvement in recruiting talent for various roles within the International Markets, demonstrating excellence in both strategic oversight and execution.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment teams — one focused on Sales and CX, and the other on various corporate functions. Provides strategic and tactical guidance. Drive performance, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure recruiters are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • International Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of the varied International Markets, leveraging local insights and global best practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business needs, providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and market trends. Errands credibility as a key talent advisor
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and the quality of hires, with a keen focus on scalability and agility in a dynamic international landscape. Evaluates the performance of different sources of hiring and drives right decision making to improve recruiting performance and yield.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience and Education: A minimum of 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within an international context. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with professional certifications in recruitment or talent management highly regarded.
  • Hands-on Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of personal contribution to recruitment efforts, with the ability to lead by example in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates across a variety of roles and markets.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of and sensitivity to cross-cultural nuances and business practices in Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, with the ability to adapt strategies to fit local markets while maintaining global standards.
  • Strategic Thinking and Execution: Exceptional ability to devise strategic recruitment plans and execute them with precision, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and market dynamics
