Purpose of the Job
Delivers the companys strategy, scouting and assessing the ecosystem, and developing new business lines. By managing the companys program management office, leads the execution of the companys strategic and transformation programs. Leads the companys operational efficiency program, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully committed to delivering the companys targets. Actively participates in and personally engages with key activities of the team, ensuring hands-on involvement in operations, fostering collaboration, and driving the achievement of the teams objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Builds the corporate strategic plan with all company stakeholders. Proposes strategic initiatives delivering value in the next 3 to 5 years. Constantly scouts and assesses the ecosystem, delivering analyses and recommendations. Initiates new business lines with a full business model. Leads the execution of the company's strategic and transformation programs, ensuring smooth communication and relationships with stakeholders and timely follow-up on action points. Leads the company's operational efficiency program, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully committed to delivering the company's targets. Manages the TTM governance, aligning all stakeholders and ensuring the efficient delivery of new products, services, and offers. Oversees the companys corporate processes, ensuring all processes are well-documented, updated, and enforced. Leads the digitalization of key processes and workflows. Measures the performance of key company processes, identifies gaps or inefficiencies, and works with stakeholders to improve performance and fill the gaps. Oversees the corporate Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment of strategic initiatives with organizational goals. Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs to monitor and evaluate project performance across departments. Leads the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by developing standards, tools, and best practices for organizational processes. Collaborates with business units to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies for market entry, and optimize the time-to-market for new products or services. Aligns cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives, focusing on agility and innovation.
People Management
Provides coaching and requests needed training for direct reports, ensuring continuous individual development. Ensures a healthy working environment for the department employees/assigned team through focusing on motivation initiatives. Conducts regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development. Holds regular meetings with team members to strengthen communication and ensure alignment with shared objectives.
Job Specification
Education
Bachelors degree from a reputable university. Postgraduate studies are an asset. Project management certification (PMI, Prince 2, etc.).
Experience
Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant field, 5 of which preferably in the telecommunication industry. Experience in building qualitative and quantitative 5-year strategic plans for large corporations. Successful track record in major transformations in large organizations. Successful track record in complex programs/projects management execution. Experience in program management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Seasoned people manager. In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications ecosystem. Strong background in finance, business, and telecom technologies.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Able to deliver a vision in a complex ecosystem. Skilled in building complex multi-year business models. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of the company's operational way of working. Ability to unite a team around a common project/objective.
