Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in the Fintech sector. You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Fintech trends, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to position the brand as a leader in the Fintech space.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Management


  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across acquisition, brand, campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

Customer Acquisition & Retention


  • Design and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine customer segmentation and targeting.

Brand Management


  • Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity in the Fintech sector.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee PR and communications efforts to manage the company’s reputation.

Campaign Execution


  • Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Market Analysis


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and data analysis.

Qualifications:


Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Experience:


  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within Fintech or a related industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of Fintech products, services, and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
