Head of Instructional Design will lead the design and implementation of effective learning solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals and enhance performance.

The position involves:

• Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and frameworks to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Design and oversee the creation of e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and ensure training solutions address business challenges.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through assessments, feedback, and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of instructional materials with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in learning design and technology.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, with significant experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related fields, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning solutions across various formats and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and create data-driven learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts effectively.
