Head of FP&A

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Head of FP&A to join our growing finance team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and supporting the company's overall financial planning and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities:

Budget & Forecasting:

• Focuses on preparing Team budgets and translating it into a company wide budget.
• Forecasting monthly financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify business gaps for further analysis that would lead to a rolling forecast.

Pricing & Decision Support:

• Provides pricing strategies for different financial products with the commercial team.
• Working with the Growth and marketing team on a comprehensive and diligently calculated promo plan.
• Supports with business cases for decision-making insights.

Strategic Planning:

• Works on long-term financial planning and business models.
• Planning strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage cross function projects.

Board Reporting and Investor Relations:

• Manages communication with the board and investors, providing periodic key insights and reports.
