Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description: Fawaterak is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & PR Manager to lead and execute all marketing activities for the company. This role will be solely responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing public relations, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing activities aimed at lead generation in Egypt and occasionally in other markets in cooperation with the Group Marketing
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans (full involvement including budgeting phase)
• Prepare and monitor annual marketing budget
• Ensure coherent visualization and content of all company materials for the market, based on Group guidelines
• Plan and prepare marketing related content: e.g. press releases, case studies, white papers, digital campaigns, web content, webinars
• Evaluate participation in third party industry events and prepare own marketing events aimed at lead generation
• Cooperate with local HR and Management to secure correct information flow within the company (update local intranet page, contribute to ASEE Group Newsletter, organize internal events)
• Contribute and/or lead PR & Marketing projects- both in Egypt and internationally
• Work closely with Sales department and Business Unit Managers to support sales development
• Cooperate with external agencies for digital campaigns and other activities
• Communicate regularly with Chief Marketing Officer and provide periodical reporting
